Our Work
Making Restorative Sleep a Reality
What we do
We work in partnership with frontline organizations that support children and families navigating trauma and crisis. By equipping these organizations with tools, resources, and knowledge, we help them create healing environments where sleep becomes a cornerstone of recovery.
OUR CORE OFFERINGS
Nourishing sleep packs
Created with care and wisdom, these packs are a lifeline for healing. Designed by a sleep therapist with 20 years of clinical experience—and someone who’s healed from childhood trauma herself. They’ve already helped over a thousand kids and families find peace at night.
The pack calms busy minds, soothe anxious hearts, and teaches children the lifelong skill of falling asleep independently. For kids navigating the toughest circumstances, these aren’t just sleep packs—they’re hope wrapped in a bedtime ritual that works. Each kit includes:
- The Sleep & Dream Book: Beautifully illustrated with calming bedtime practices to foster emotional regulation.
-
The Good Sleep Guide for Parents: Practical, evidence-based guidance for smoother bedtimes and improved sleep quality.
-
Drifting into Dreamland Audio: A soothing guide that gently lulls children to sleep while teaching them lifelong sleep skills.
-
Amber Clip Light: A portable, no-blue-light lamp that creates a peaceful atmosphere and supports natural sleep cycles.
Turning sleep spaces into sanctuaries
In partnership with frontline organisations, we transform crisis accommodations into environments that not only feel safe but are also soothing and supportive of healthy sleep.
We start by identifying what’s working and what’s not—conducting environmental assessments to uncover barriers to restful sleep.
From there, we make thoughtful recommendations to enhance these settings, such as removing overstimulating elements and introducing calming tools like no-blue-light bulbs and soothing lamps. We also provide foundational pieces to ensure these environments are truly equipped to nurture rest and recovery.
To make these spaces even more inviting, we’re teaming up with artists to bring beauty and comfort to bedrooms and communal areas through peaceful, uplifting, child-friendly artwork.
Together, these changes turn living spaces into havens of rest, where healing and recovery can truly begin.
Training professionals on sleep-focused Care
Helping children and families navigate trauma begins with equipping those who support them. Through tailored online and face-to-face training, we provide frontline staff, case workers, and therapists with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to make sleep a cornerstone of recovery.
Our sessions go beyond sleep—they’re about fostering connection, building resilience, and creating lasting change in physical and mental health. Together, we explore:
• Empowering Parents and Children: Guiding families to use Sleep Packs effectively while introducing calming bedtime rhythms and tools that foster down-regulation, connection, and healing.
• Making Sleep Part of the Conversation: Using sleep as a gentle entry point to explore a child’s inner world and address deeper emotional needs.
• Creating Sleep-Friendly Environments: Supporting accommodation staff with practical ways to establish rhythms and tools that promote better sleep for everyone.
• Sustaining Change: Offering ongoing guidance to ensure new practices take root, creating long-term improvements.
