MEET OUR FOUNDER

Hi! I’m Ahna de Vena. My journey into sleep improvement began with my own struggles. As a child, I faced insomnia and anxiety, which persisted into adulthood and led to serious health issues.

Through dedicated study and perseverance, I regained my ability to sleep well, and it transformed my life. Now, with over 22 years of experience as a sleep therapist and educator, I lead Sleepkitzzz to help others thrive through better sleep.

BIRTH OF SLEEPKITZZZ

After a decade of working in sleep improvement and stress reduction, I discovered that the best time to establish good sleep patterns is early in life. This realization inspired me to create the Sleep Kit for Kids, a resource designed to help children and families develop healthy sleep habits.

Initially, I donated these kits through my charity, The Sleep & Dream Foundation. After receiving remarkably positive feedback and seeing the impact on over 1,000 families, I decided to make the kit available to everyone—and SleepKitzzz was born.

PROVEN RESULTS AND CLINICAL TRIAL

The Sleep Kit for Kids is currently undergoing a clinical trial, reinforcing our commitment to science-backed solutions. We continue to refine and expand our offerings based on real-world results and feedback from families like yours.

LOOKING AHEAD

We’re excited to launch sleep kits for teens and adults in 2025. Our future goals include integrating sleep programs into school curriculums and expanding The Sleep & Dream Foundation’s global reach.
